SmallestRoom are a 4 piece band from Sydney’s Northern Beaches that have been making and playing original music together since 1998
The band comprises of
John - Vocals/Guitars
Steve - Keyboards
Andy - Drums
Matt - Bass Guitars/Vocals
2016 was a big year for the band with them playing at The Metro Theatre and The Factory Theatre as well as making the Top 30 songs in the “Your Music Out Loud in USA” Song Competition with their song “In Your Life….”
SmallestRoom have had their Music Video for “Mobile” played on Rage and Channel V as well as a few songs played on FBi Radio over the years
SmallestRoom have played most of all the Pub Live Music venues in Sydney to a range of audience sizes. Venues include The Metro Theatre, The Factory Theatre, Annandale, Hopetoun, Landsdown, Sandringham, Mona Vale, Manly Fisho’s, Time & Tide, Excelsior, Bat & Ball and Iron Duke Hotels just to name a few.
Where most bands would have given up years ago, this hasn't deterred us from staying together and making music together - it has only inspired us to keep going and to keep getting better with our craft
About our music, well, we think and we hope we have original sounding songs and music. We’re not trying to be like or look like anyone or anything, just ourselves.
We each have our own Idol’s, Hero’s and influence’s which all combined
